After being debarked, the Beech logs are sawn into planks of various thickness according to your specific requirements
Automatic scaling, matching and piling allow us to select each plank according to our grading rules.
At each sawmill there are 2 kilns and 10 wood dryers, allowing us to offer Beechwood planks with a variable humidity rate between 8 and 12°, depending on your preferences.
An air-conditioned hangar ensures the stabilisation of the sawn timber once they are taken out of the dryers
All Beech planks produced at our 2 French sawmills are of course. PEFC eco-certified.
All sawmill residues are recycled as woodchip and sawdust and are sold to papermills, panel producers and industrial smokers or are used for heating within the group.
Wood sawing generates no waste whatsoever.
